Thumb Piano

I've always loved thumb pianos - almost always home made out of anything lying around that will resonate. In the same spirit I've made my own out of recycled timber (pine) and electrical components. This is the result!

I've even recorded it so you can hear what it does - click on "Play" below. It's a very gentle sound. I've managed to tune it to C major (C lowest note, A highest).

A quiet and unusual little stocking filler perhaps?? I'll post it on my Folksy shop and see what happens...
